Event Production Management

  • Simultaneous management of multi-level projects and divisions
  • Drive experiential programming, with support on content programming
  • Ensure efficient and effective scoping and planning for all pitches, proposals and projects, including client presentations
  • Venue sourcing
  • Manage vendor negotiations, secure catering, staffing, rentals, floral arrangements etc.
  • Video, photography, audio sourcing and management
  • Local authority permissions and approvals management
  • Event planning incorporating health and safety considerations, adhering to any and all risk assessment throughout project development and execution
  • Partner with cross-functional internal and external teams, including production partners, to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of event
  • Assistance in filtering requests for event partnerships and sponsorships, while determining appropriate levels of participation
  • Management of guests lists, invitations and all RSVP

Supplier Management List

  • Extreme attention to detail: ensuring that events are smoothly managed and are on track with set timelines
  • Production of timelines, status reports, schedules, call sheets and crew lists
  • On-site management, including event briefings for all departments
  • Post-event analysis and one-on-one debrief with client
  • Manage production assistant day to day activity

Budget Management

  • Complete financial control and budget management, in coordination with your finance department
